S&T Albania is officially part of VINCI Energies S.A since February 2023. Vinci Energies S.A successfully closed the acquisition of a major portion of the S&T IT services business from Kontron AG on Dec 29th, 2022. The agreement covers S&T IT services operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, and North Macedonia.
Later in 2023 the brand S&T will become Axians. Axians is the worldwide ICT brand of VINCI Energies. We will inform our customers and partners about the exact rebranding date and the respective name change in advance to it.
