VINCI Energies has signed an agreement to acquire a major portion of the IT services business of Kontron AG – formerly S&T AG, a leading player in the field of IoT products in Europe.
VINCI Energies S.A., through its brand Axians, is a global information and communications technology group belonging to the listed French group VINCI.
The sales agreements with VINCI Energies S.A., were signed on 10 August 2022. Following the granting of antitrust approvals and the organizational processing, the relevant companies will be legally transferred to the buyer with effect from 29 December 2022.
