VINCI Energies successfully closed the acquisition of a significant part of the IT services business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) on December 29th 2022.

VINCI Energies has signed an agreement to acquire a major portion of the IT services business of Kontron AG – formerly S&T AG, a leading player in the field of IoT products in Europe.

S&T Albania is officially part of VINCI Energies S.A since February 2023. Vinci Energies S.A successfully closed the acquisition of a major portion of the S&T IT services business from Kontron AG on Dec 29th, 2022. The agreement covers S&T IT services operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, and North Macedonia.
